Idaho Holiday Lighting makes Christmas Light Installation on your home or business as simple as possible. To start all you have to do is contact us and we can schedule a free consultation to discuss you holiday lighting needs. We will than complete a written estimate and once accepted we install, maintain and removal the lights, and all you have to do is enjoy the holidays.
Will Idaho Holiday Lighting Provide lights, or can you use my existing lights?
Idaho Holiday Lighting offers Christmas-Holiday lighting packages that will include the lights, clips, timers, extension cords, timers, installation and removal. Our complete packages also allow you to choose from a variety colors, and traditional or icicle style lights. You have the option to rent lights or own the lights; we know each customer is different that is why we offer flexible options for all your Christmas-Holiday Lighting need.. If you already have existing lights or you would like to purchase the lights on your own we would be more than happy to install them for you. Idaho Holiday Light offers installation & removal only packages.
Will Idaho Holiday Lighting remove the lights after the holidays?
Absolutely. Idaho Holiday Lighting will remove your holiday lighting January 2nd through February 2nd (weather permitting). Takedowns are done without a scheduled appointment. We create a takedown schedule to insure that all of customer’s lights are removed in the timeliest manner possible.
What happens if there is a problem with my lights?
Idaho Holiday Lighting will make sure that your holiday lighting is fully functional once the installation is complete. If any issues are noticed please contact us and will have the issue corrected with 24-48 hours of contacting us, this service is provided to you at no cost for customers that had new lights installed. Customers that had existing lights installed will be charged a service call fee. All materials included in our lighting packages come with Idaho Holiday Lightings 3 year no cost replacement guarantee at no extra cost. If for any reason lights stop working with in the first 3 years we will replace them at no cost to you.
Is Idaho Holiday Lighting Insured?
Yes. Idaho Holiday Lighting carries A General Liability Policy For $500,000.
If I buy lights from Idaho Holiday Lighting , what is warranty on the lights?
Idaho Holiday Lighting offers a full free replacement Warranty on all lighting products we sell. We are so confident in the materials we sell that we will replace at no cost to you, any lighting product that stops working due to manufacture defeat.
How much does your service cost?
There are several factors that contribute to the estimated cost of installing holiday lighting. These factors include the complexity of the display, the size and stories of your home, where you would like the lights installed, and time needed to complete the installation. Additional features such as path & driveway lighting, trees, bushes, wreath & garland placement will also determine the cost to install your holiday lighting. We take our time on each and every holiday lighting installation and pride ourselves on providing the best possible display for all our customers.
Unlike other lighting Companies in the Treasure Valley we don't charge for take down, or have any hidden fees, we are up front with all costs for your families holiday lighting display. We offer a simple easy to read estimate with all cost listed.
When should I schedule my holiday lighting installation?
Holiday Lighting is an extremely short season. We encourage all Idaho Holiday Lighting customers to schedule as soon as possible ensuring they will have a better chance of getting the date they prefer for installation. Idaho Holiday Lighting begins installing in early October and ends in late December. We offer early installations discounts up until November 5th, call for details.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Idaho Holiday Lighting accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment is due in full within 7 days of installation, unless a payment arrangement is made before installation. Payment not made within 7 days of installation will be subject to a $50.00 late fee, and a 10% interest change calculated daily until paid in full.
